Got In a collection letter from these people, the creditor is eBay. I dont even use eBay.

I called them and they gave me several different types of contact information, an email, phone number, user name, none of which belong to me. The agent proceeded to ask me if I know anything about a table and some shoe insoles. No...No I dont have any clue what the *** he is talking about. I am assuming that these could be items sold on eBay..but I have NEVER SOLD ANYTHING ON EBAY!

I tell him I have no idea whats going on. He says it seems like fraud, and I should call back in 18 days for their determination. I ask for a reference number and name and he wont give me the information. I start getting super suspicious.

I didnt give out any of my personal information. I have reported to eBay, BBB, FTC, and state attorney general office. I actually came across a lawsuit that someone filed against this company. In the documents was a letter extremely similar to mine.

Wish something would be done about this debt collection business. They have been scamming people for years.

User's recommendation: Please report them if you receive a letter from this company about a debt that you do not owe. This company is such a scam.

Preferred solution: I want them to acknowledge that is is not my debt..

Allied International Credit Cons: Scam artists, Disrespectful rude and law breaking staff, Fraudsters, Fake company.
